How to find your sample
If you’re having a hard time locating your sample on the map, try using the search widget located at the top right.
- Click the “SEARCH IN 567 CATEGORIES” link in the panel
- Enter your Participant Sample ID number
- Click the checkbox next to your sample number (you may need to scroll through columns to locate your number)
- Click “APPLY” (top right)
- Only your location point will appear on the map (note: you can select multiple points in the search widget if you like)
Which yeast dominate each sample?
We added a widget to allow you to explore what kinds of yeast dominate each sample.
- To select a kind of yeast, click the search link “SEARCH IN 25 CATEGORIES” and enter the name
- If you enter just the letter “a” you will see all the categories appear
- You can select (click checkbox) one or several of the yeast names
- Click “APPLY” to view the samples dominated by that yeast
- Click the ink drop symbol to auto-style the sample dot colors by yeast category
Which bacteria dominate each sample?
We added another widget to allow you to explore what kinds of bacteria dominate each sample.
- To select a kind of bacteria, click the search link “SEARCH IN 28 CATEGORIES” and enter the name
- If you enter just the letter “a” you will see all the categories appear
- You can select (click checkbox) one or several of the bacteria names
- Click “APPLY” to view the samples dominated by that bacteria
- Click the ink drop symbol to auto-style the sample dot colors by bacteria category
